Session-credit appeal

Open the affected session in Leafline and choose Appeal. Explain the bounded circumstance—such as an accessibility interaction, connectivity failure, or mistaken verification state—without including a title, author, passage, note, or screenshot of book content.

Community moderation appeal

Use the in-app support reference or email support. Identify the request or action and explain why the guidelines were misapplied. Reposting removed content or coordinating votes may delay review.

What happens next

Closed-beta target response time is seven days. A reviewer can uphold, adjust, or restore competitive credit or community state. Severe abuse and legal reports may require a longer investigation. Personal local minutes remain untouched.
